Agentify privacy
Your data is not the product. It is the minimum needed to reply.
If you leave an email, a message, or a diagnostic answer, you deserve to know what is stored, why, and how you ask for deletion. This page states it without theatrical fine print.
What is collected
If you browse the site, page views, referrer, device, and CTA clicks may be recorded through Google Tag Manager and PostHog, so the team can see which pages help you decide.
If you write or book, Agentify stores name, company, role, email, phone if you share it, your message, and campaign attribution. Calendly, WhatsApp, and the AI-maturity form are channels for the same purpose: reply and scope a diagnostic.
Why and with whom
Contact data is used to reply, send material you asked for, and run a possible engagement. Lists are not sold. Infrastructure vendors (hosting, analytics, email, calendar) process data under their own terms.
Usual legal bases: your request (pre-contract steps) and legitimate interest in improving the site. Retention: the commercial conversation plus accounting or dispute duties, not marketing eternity.
Your requests
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by writing to santiago@agentify.ar from the same address you used. If the thread started on WhatsApp, that thread is enough. Reply comes in a reasonable number of business days.
The site may use cookies or local storage for analytics and attribution. You can block them in the browser; some measurement will stop. Agentify operates from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
