The private system has to make public proof
A source of truth is not a filing cabinet. If it only stores what happened, it is useful but inert. The compounding starts when the system turns real operating evidence into material the market can see, reuse, and challenge.
For Agentify, that means the private operating layer has one job: convert calls, delivery notes, objections, wins, losses, and implementation lessons into public artifacts. A field note. A LinkedIn post. A one-pager. A case-study draft. A sales sequence. Something that moves the next conversation forward.
The boundary matters
The raw material stays private. Meeting transcripts, deal pages, implementation logs, and customer evidence should not leak into the public website. The public layer gets only reviewed claims, anonymous patterns, and named references with explicit consent.
That split lets the team be honest internally and sharp externally. The wiki can say what actually happened. The website can say what is safe, useful, and true.
The weekly rule
Every weekly ops pass should produce at least one outward artifact. If the answer is "we learned a lot, but published nothing," the system did not finish the job.
The point is not volume. The point is conversion: operational truth becomes market memory.
